Refund policy
Effective Date: 1/1/2025
Thank you for working with HWL Manufacturing Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Return and Refund Policy explains the terms applicable to returns and refunds for our custom manufacturing and private-labeling services as outlined in our agreements, invoices, and purchase orders.
1. Custom Nature of Products
• All products manufactured by HWL Manufacturing Inc. are custom-made to order based on the specifications provided by the buyer. Due to this custom nature, returns and refunds are not available, except as explicitly stated in the Product Manufacturing Agreement, Purchase Orders, or Invoices.
2. Refund Terms
Refunds are granted only under the following conditions, as detailed in your agreement:
1. Defects in Manufacturing:
• If the delivered products do not conform to agreed-upon specifications, buyers must notify HWL Manufacturing Inc. within 15 business days of receiving the order.
• The Company will investigate and address valid claims through repairs, replacements, or other remedies as agreed.
2. Cancellations:
• No refunds are issued for cancellations once production has begun. Deposits paid are non-refundable as outlined in the Payment Terms of your agreement.
3. Returns
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
• Product Inspection Period:
Buyers have 15 business days after receipt of the products to inspect and raise concerns about defects or discrepancies.
• After this period, all sales are considered final, and no returns will be accepted.
• Return Authorization:
• To initiate a return, buyers must contact HWL Manufacturing Inc. at [Insert Email] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.
• Approved returns must be shipped back at the buyer’s expense unless otherwise agreed.
4. Non-Returnable Products
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Products damaged due to mishandling or improper storage by the buyer.
• Products customized according to buyer-provided formulations or specifications.
• Products not reported as defective within the specified inspection period.
5. Restocking and Processing Fees
• HWL Manufacturing Inc. reserves the right to charge restocking fees or deduct material and labor costs from any refunds or credits granted, as specified in the applicable purchase order or agreement.
6. Governing Agreement Terms
This policy is a general guideline. In the event of any conflict, the terms in your Product Manufacturing Agreement, Purchase Orders, or Invoices will take precedence.
