MOQs vary depending on the product format, packaging size, number of SKUs, and variations. We're known for having some of the lowest MOQs in the industry — contact us and we'll give you a straight answer based on your specific project.
Do you manufacture bar soap?+
No — we specialize exclusively in liquid personal care formats: liquid body wash, shower gel, exfoliating scrubs, and 2-in-1 shampoo/body wash. We do not manufacture bar soap or solid formats.
How long does custom formulation take?+
Typically two to four weeks from brief to approved formula, depending on the number of variations and revision rounds. Production turnaround is approximately 90 days from formula and packaging approval.
What fill sizes do you offer?+
We fill everything from travel size (TSA-compliant) through standard retail sizes up to 16 oz, gallon jugs, and bulk formats. Our bulk and gallon options are popular with spas, hotels, gyms, and high-volume operators.
Can you make sulfate-free or clean-label formulas?+
Yes. We formulate across the full spectrum — from conventional surfactant systems to sulfate-free, paraben-free, vegan, and plant-based formulas. Tell us what claims matter to your brand and we'll engineer the ingredient system to support them.
Do you handle packaging design and labels?+
Yes. Our in-house design team handles everything — label artwork, primary component design, tamper seals, unit cartons, shrink wrapping, and any other custom packaging requirement. Your artwork can also be applied directly to the bottle via silk screening, available across all packaging formats.
