Shipping Policy

Shipment Processing Time

All completed and fully paid orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

If you prefer to have HWL arrange shipping to the destination, we will first provide you with a shipping quote.  Once quote is accepted and shipping invoice is paid, there will be an additional 1-2 business days before the shipment is shipped.

 UPS Ground:  3-5 business days

 LTL Freight: 5-9 business days

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Our company is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damaged Items

Our company is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

Return Policy

Once Buyer approves HWL to ship the product, they will have 30 days from receiving the Order to inspect and accept the product, if Buyer finds defect in Products Buyer and HWL will negotiate how to compensate for the Products or Buyer can send back the damaged Products to Manufacturer for repair. At the lapse of the 30 business days, all sales will be final.
