FAQ
Do I need to ship you all the components?
Yes — that's the standard model. You ship us your finished products, cartons, inserts, and any other components, and we handle the assembly, pack-out, and outbound shipping.
Can you help design or source components if we don't have them?
Yes, on request. While most of our kitting clients arrive with their components already specified, our in-house design and sourcing team can help develop cartons, inserts, mailers, and printed materials when needed. Quoted separately from the assembly run.
What is your minimum order quantity for kitting?
MOQs vary by kit complexity and assembly format. We're known for some of the lowest MOQs in the industry — promo and PR kits can run as low as 250 units, while standard retail kits typically start in the low thousands. Tell us your project and we'll give you a straight answer.
Do you handle subscription-box programs?
Yes. Subscription kitting is a core capability — we run monthly, quarterly, and seasonal cycles with variable contents, sequential cycle tracking, and component-level batch records for every cycle.
How fast can you turn a promo or influencer kit?
Promo and PR kits can typically ship within 7–14 days from receipt of all components. Influencer kit personalization (handwritten notes, custom inclusions) is part of the standard service.
Do you ship to Amazon FBA and retailer DCs?
Yes. We ship to your warehouse, Amazon fulfillment centers, retailer distribution centers, and 3PLs — palletized, labeled, and ASN-ready. We do not ship to end consumers.
How should I send my components to you?
We'll send a routing guide once your project is confirmed — preferred carriers, label format, ASN expectations, and our receiving hours. Components arrive at our Phoenix facility, get counted and QC'd on receipt, and are staged for build.
